Currently designing the human side of AI — at Harvard Business Publishing.
I've spent the last 10+ years designing digital learning experiences at Harvard Business Publishing — a place where the research bar is high, the stakes are real, and the users (educators and business learners worldwide) deserve tools that genuinely help them do their jobs.
My work has evolved from visual design and design systems to leading research and product design on AI-powered features. Right now, I'm most energized by the challenge of designing AI tools that feel trustworthy and genuinely useful — not just technically impressive. That means doing the research to understand what educators actually need from an AI assistant, what language makes the experience feel on-brand versus off-putting, and what a "helpful" AI interaction looks like when the user is a Harvard Business School professor preparing for tomorrow's class.
Outside of AI, I care deeply about design systems (building shared language between design and engineering), accessibility, and bringing cross-functional teams along in the design process. I've learned that the best outcomes come from involving stakeholders early, testing often, and staying curious about what the data doesn't explain.
I started with a degree in Graphic Design and have combined that love for visual design with UX strategy and product thinking over my career. When I'm not designing, I'm usually finding new ways to make my home feel just right.
